It starts with awareness. Awareness is an active and engaged state of mind, where an individual is attuned to various aspects of their internal and external experiences.
Connect: Establishing a union, association or relationship between two items.
Shift: Exchanging, replacing or adjusting a position, place, belief or definition.
Live: Taking intentional action that creates an intuitively empowered life.
